Payment methods

On the site you can pay with Pix, card in up to 12 installments or boleto — all through Mercado Pago, with instant confirmation (boleto, up to 3 business days).

• Prices are always charged in Brazilian reais (BRL); conversion to other currencies is for reference only.
• In the Android app, purchases go through Google Play, under the store’s own rules.

When you are charged

Plans are paid in advance for the contracted period (monthly or yearly). You get an email notice before each renewal.

• Without renewal, the site goes down after the due date — and content is kept for 90 days.

Cancellation

You can cancel renewal anytime through support or the account area. The site stays online until the end of the period already paid.

Refunds

Purchases made on the site can be cancelled within 7 days for a full refund — your right under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code.

• Refund requests go through support, with your account email.
• The refund is processed by Mercado Pago to the same payment method; the time to appear depends on your financial institution.
• Purchases made in the app also follow Google Play’s refund rules.

Invoice (NFS-e)

We issue invoices for payments. If you need a copy or a resend, contact support with your account email.

How to request a refund or invoice

Write to support with the email used at signup and, if you have it, the order code. We reply within 1 business day.
