Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Ubaby platform (www.ubaby.com.br, {name}.ubaby.com.br sites and the Ubaby Android app).

1. The service

By subscribing to a plan, Ubaby provides a private website for your family to record and share photos, videos, audio and information about your baby/babies.

2. Account and responsibility

• The person signing up must be 18 or older and provide truthful information.
• The person signing up decides who can access the site and is responsible for the published content.
• Publishing illegal, offensive or third-party-right-violating content is forbidden.

3. Payment, renewal and cancellation

• Plans are paid in advance for the contracted period (Mercado Pago on the site or Google Play in the app).
• Purchases made on the site can be cancelled within 7 days for a full refund (Brazilian Consumer Code art. 49). Google Play purchases also follow the store rules.
• Without renewal, the site goes down after the due date; content is kept for 90 days for renewal or export.

4. Availability

We work to keep the service available, with daily backups, but interruptions for maintenance may occur.
