Data we collect

• From the guardian: name, email, CPF, phone and address — for the sale, the invoice and support.
• From the babies and family: whatever the guardian and family members publish on the site.
• Technical: pages visited, in aggregate form and without tracking cookies.

What we use it for

To create and maintain the site, process payments, send service emails and provide support. We never sell data.

Who we share it with

Only with operators required by the service: payment processing (Mercado Pago, Google Play), email delivery (Amazon SES), file storage (Cloudflare R2) and hosting (Amazon AWS EC2).

Children

Content about the babies is published by the legal guardians, who control who can access it. Sites are private by default and are not indexed by search engines.

Activity log

We keep a record of the actions performed on your site — what was done, by whom and when (date and time). The history is available to administrators in the site panel under "Activity history", with filters and CSV export. The Ubaby team accesses platform-wide logs only for support and security.
